YOGA IN THE PARK
I will be teaching this coming Thursday, September 11th at 7-8p in one of my favorite places in Brooklyn; PROSPECT PARK! I am extremely honored to be teaching on this day, as we New Yorkers (especially) pay remembrance to the 9/11 tragedies. I will representing lululemon athletica and Lyons Den Power Yoga and will be brining you an intensely fun hour of yoga. I hope you can join me in the grass (mats are optional) with your friends. :) Better yet, follow me down to Morgans Barbecue afterwards for some on the best barbecue you'll ever have… plan it now.

SOLSTICE IN TIMES SQUARE: Athleta Mind Over Madness
Summer is finally here which means the Solstice in Times Square is happening this Saturday, June 21st!!! Join my felllow yogi, friend, and teacher Bethany Lyons from Lyons Den Power Yoga as she leads an hour long class in the center of Times Square, NYC! I will be assisting her, along with some of our other outstanding team members. Our class starts at 9:30a and is totally complimentary :) Enjoy the longest day of the year finding yourself calm (yoga) in the middle of caos (NYC). Don't miss this super fun event!
