As a former Division I lacrosse player, four-time marathon runner, and yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience, I’ve seen firsthand how structured recovery, breathwork, and proper fueling can transform an athlete’s physical and mental game. Through customized training sessions, workshops, and on-site or virtual coaching, Full Circle works alongside coaches, teams, and schools to create a holistic, sustainable approach to athletic development.
