I will be teaching this coming Thursday, September 11th at 7-8p in one of my favorite places in Brooklyn; PROSPECT PARK! I am extremely honored to be teaching on this day, as we New Yorkers (especially) pay remembrance to the 9/11 tragedies. I will representing lululemon athletica and Lyons Den Power Yoga and will be brining you an intensely fun hour of yoga.
