I just committed to meditating every single day in February, YIKES! I will be participating with the Brooklyn Yoga School in a 28-Day Meditation Challenge that is being hosted by Sharon Salzberg. I'm looking forward to this challenge as a way to refresh my meditation practice for this new year! I will be blogging once a week throughout this challenge and I look forward to sharing some of my experiences. It's not too late to sign up for this too, and you can do so either with us at the Brooklyn Yoga School, or on Sharon Salzberg's website. If your like me, and think meditating is super hard, now's your chance to give it a shot! It's all about practice. The more you do it, the easier it becomes ;)
